Whether you already have or you are thinking about making an appointment for services with Renew Dermatology, it is important for you to know that our office is focused on establishing an outstanding reputation for exceeding expectations in providing extraordinary medical, surgical and cosmetic care, products, and services. Creating a trusting, honest, compassionate, healthy, and professional environment to serve the medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatologic needs of the community in a thorough and easily accessible manner, whether patients have health insurance coverage or not.
Who We Are:
1. The Patient comes first, and patients will be treated just as we wish to be treated when we are patients.
2. Our patients receive the right procedures, treatments, and skin care recommendations, supported by science and extensive experience, and only when their physical examination has been performed and their condition supports the treatment/procedure/recommendations given.
3. The physicians, physician assistants and staff of Renew Dermatology are a team, joined together by a strong commitment to our mission and values, as well as the commitment to professionalism, respect, integrity, and concern we demonstrate for each other.
4. We only partner with HIPAA-compliant companies to document your records in an Electronic Health Record (EHR), our credit card processing company, and all supporting software used within our organization.
5. We will never knowingly violate an ethical, legal, or regulatory guideline. If you witness something that seems unethical, illegal, or against any regulations/rules, please notify the office manager and/or provider present immediately.
6. Renew Dermatology is committed to creating a continual learning environment for all staff. Medicine is constantly changing and without continuous learning by each physician, physician assistant and all staff, we are not honoring our patients or ourselves to perform our commitments in the best manner possible.
7. Renew Dermatology allows all of our patients to pick how we contact you, who we disclose your information to, and also give you options to change any decision you make to be updated as often as you need to.
